MOTION FOR BAIL HEARING 
 
 
Heath Gauthier, through his attorney, Dorothy E. Graham, respectfully requests that this 
Court schedule a bail hearing in this matter.  
 
Mr. Gauthier is charged with Wire Fraud and Aggravated Identity Theft. At his initial 
appearance, Mr. Gauthier stipulated to detention without prejudice. Mr. Gauthier now requests a 
hearing because he has a viable release plan.     
The government, through AUSA Matthew Hunter, assents.  
Mr. Gauthier respectfully requests the Court to:  
a)  
Grant this motion and schedule a hearing; 
b) 
Grant such other and further relief as may be just.
