1 THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF NEW HAMPSHIRE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ] ] v. ] Cr. No. 23-cr-15-JL ] ] HEATH GAUTHIER ASSENTED-TO MOTION TO CONTINUE STATUS CONFERENCE The defendant, Heath Gauthier, through his counsel, Dorothy E. Graham, AFPD, files this motion respectfully requesting that the Court continue his status conference currently scheduled for March 1, 2023 at 11 a.m. and reschedule for a date after March 3, 2023. Grounds follow. Mr. Gauthier is facing indictment for Wire Fraud/Attempted Wire Fraud (Counts 1-6) and Aggravated Identity Theft (Counts 7-9). The indictment alleges that the defendant fraudulently obtained or attempted to obtain PPP loans from lenders pursuant to the CARES ACT between February 2020 to March 2021. The parties asked the Court to designate the case as complex and the Court scheduled a status conference. Counsel is on annual leave from February 27, 2023 to March 3, 2023 and requests a short continuance. The government, through AUSA Matthew Hunter, assents.
