Within seven days from the date of this order, counsel shall jointly file a stipulation setting forth 
the applicable periods of (a) elapsed time and (b) excludable time under the Speedy Trial Act, 18 U.S.C. § 
3161, et seq: 
 
• 
as of the final date of any currently pending period of excludable delay (if applicable); 
 
 
• 
if possible, as of the currently scheduled trial date. 
 
 
This filing shall state how many days remain on the Speedy Trial Clock.  Counsel may include as 
much (or as little) explanatory material as they wish, but the first and/or last line of the stipulation should 
clearly state the number of days remaining on the Speedy Trial Clock as of the scheduled trial date. 
    
The stipulation need not contain long narratives or explanations.  Even a simple chart will 
suffice.  It need only specify OR list any periods of excludable delay, accompanied by statutory or 
case citations supporting the exclusion.   
 
If the parties are in disagreement as to any of these periods of elapsed time or excludable delay, 
the joint filing shall present their respective positions in parallel columns.
