DEFENDANT SHEPPARD’S SENTENCING MEMORANDUM WITH 
OBJECTIONS TO THE PRE-SENTENCE REPORT, SUBMITTED IN CAMERA 
TO GOVERNMENT COUNSEL AND THE U.S. PROBATION DEPARTMENT 
 
On May 9, 2024, Defendant Eric Sheppard (“Sheppard”) emailed to the Probation Officer 
and government counsel his sentencing memorandum, which includes objections to the guidelines 
computation.  
Because the memorandum reveals confidential (e.g., medical) information, Sheppard is 
filing a redacted copy as Exhibit 1 to this Notice. 
By separate motion, Sheppard will move the Court to allow him to file the unredacted
