TO AMEND JUDGMENT TO INCLUDE BOP DESIGNATION 
 
 
Undersigned counsel files this Unopposed Motion and respectfully asks the Court to 
Amend the Judgment (ECF No. 142) to include a Bureau of Prisons designation recommendation 
to FCI Butner in North Carolina, and states: 
 
Defendant is currently at FDC Miami and has not yet been designated. His entire family 
resides in Tennessee, including his elderly mother whose health is fading and his sister with whom 
he is very close. FCI Butner is the closest facility that offers mental health treatment that would be 
the most beneficial to the Defendant.  
 
Undersigned has conferred with both Assistant United States Attorney Jacob Koffsky and 
U.S. Probation Sentencing Guidelines Specialist Frances Weisberg, neither of whom have any 
objections to the relief sought in this request.
