UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT SOUTHERN DISTRICT OF FLORIDA CASE NO. 24-80103-CR-CANNON UNITED STATES OF AMERICA v. DUSTIN SEAN MCCABE, Defendant. _____________________________________/ [PROPOSED] ORDER THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon the Government’s Unopposed Motion to Amend Judgment as to Restitution Amount, ECF No. __. The Court has reviewed the issues at hand and is otherwise fully advised of the matter. After careful consideration, it is ORDERED and ADJUDGED that the Motion is hereby GRANTED. The judgment of the defendant shall be amended to include restitution in the amount of $5,606.13 payable to Tiffany Ghiz and $39,135 payable to the United States Treasury, that is to be paid in the manner specified in the judgment.
