DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR ATTACHMENT OF SUPPLEMENTAL 
REPORT TO THE PRESENTENCE INVESTIGATION REPORT FOR 
SUBMISSION TO THE BUREAU OF PRISONS  
 
Casey David Crowther (“Crowther”), by and through undersigned counsel, 
respectfully requests the Court to order the United States Probation Office to attach the 
psychological assessment report prepared by Dr. Gerard W. Bryant as a supplement to 
the Presentence Investigation Report for submission to the Bureau of Prisons.  
1. Defendant Crowther was sentenced before this Court on June 29, 2021, to a 
term of 37 months imprisonment.  
2. During the sentencing hearing, Defendant Crowther submitted to the Court a 
psychological assessment report prepared by Dr. Gerard W. Bryant for review.  
3.  This psychological assessment report contains critical information regarding 
Defendant Crowther’s mental health and substance abuse issues, including a 
medical diagnosis and treatment recommendations.

4. This psychological assessment report will be extremely beneficial to the 
Bureau of Prisons in order to determine the best treatment plan and substance 
abuse program to address Defendant Crowther’s addiction issues. 
5. The psychological assessment report can be submitted to the Bureau of Prisons 
as a supplement to the Presentence Investigation Report to ensure that 
Defendant Crowther’s medical issues are adequately addressed during his 
incarceration.  
CONCLUSION 
For the reasons stated above, Defendant Crowther respectfully requests the Court 
to order the United States Probation Office to attach the psychological assessment report 
prepared by Dr. Gerard W. Bryant as a supplement to the Presentence Investigation 
Report for submission to the Bureau of Prisons.
