ORDER 
This matter comes before the Court on defendant's Motion for 
Attachment of Supplemental Report to the Presentence Investigation 
Report for Submission to the Bureau of Prisons (Doc. #166) filed 
on July 1, 2021.  Defendant seeks to attach the psychological 
assessment report prepared by Dr. Gerard W. Bryant as a supplement 
to the Presentence Report for submission to the Bureau of Prisons 
to ensure that defendant’s medical issues are addressed.  The 
Court finds that the motion should be granted. 
Accordingly, it is hereby 
ORDERED: 
Defendant's Motion for Attachment of Supplemental Report to 
the Presentence Investigation Report for Submission to the Bureau 
of Prisons (Doc. #166) is GRANTED and United States Probation is 
directed to attach the psychological assessment report prepared by
