MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL 
 
Comes Now the undersigned counsel, Kendal Silas, who hereby moves this 
Court to permit him to withdraw as counsel in the above-styled case.  Counsel, in 
his capacity as staff attorney with the Federal Defender Program, Inc., was appointed 
to represent Defendant Carl Delano Torjagbo.  On February 24, 2025, the Court 
appointed L. Burton Finlayson to represent Carl Delano Torjagbo.  (Doc. 170). 
WHEREFORE, the undersigned requests that the Court grant this Motion to 
Withdraw as Counsel.  A proposed Order is attached.
