I have received a filed copy of the Title 28 USC § 2255 Petition which you
recently filed pro se. In light of the allegations you make against me therein, I am
moving to withdraw as your attorney. I do not know what the Court(s) will do at
this juncture, but I predict you will be brought over to court soon for a hearing to
determine who will represent you at sentencing. The Court may or may not appoint
new counsel for you. I do not know. You can also ask to represent yourself, but this
