CONSENT MOTION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING HEARING 
 
COMES NOW Defendant, CARL DELANO TORJAGBO, by and through 
undersigned counsel and respectfully moves this Court to continue the Sentencing 
Hearing currently scheduled for Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and in 
support shows as follows:

The Sentencing Hearing in the above-styled case is currently scheduled for 
Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., before the Honorable Michael L. Brown. 
(Docket Entry on 9/23/2025).

Counsel for Mr. Torjagbo requests that the sentencing hearing be continued 
for the purposes of reviewing the trial transcript, the discovery, and reviewing the 
Presentence Report (PSR) once it has been received.

Accordingly, Mr. Torjagbo respectfully requests that the sentencing hearing 
currently scheduled for January 13, 2026, be continued for thirty (30) days in order 
to review the trial transcript, the discovery, and review the Presentence Report once 
the PSR has been received.

Counsel has conferred with Assistant United States Attorney (“AUSA”) Kelly 
K. Connors regarding this continuance, and AUSA Connors consents to the 
requested continuance. 
WHEREFORE, counsel for Mr. Carl Torjagbo respectfully requests that the 
Sentencing Hearing in his case currently scheduled for January 13, 2026, be 
continued for thirty (30) days to allow time for counsel to review the trial transcript, 
the discovery, and review the Presentence Report.
