                                    jurors entered the courtroom. Jury was sworn. The parties presented their
                                    opening statements. The government began its case-in-chief. The
                                    government called the following witnesses: Tyson Fowler, Kobina
                                    Oppong, and Monica Sweeten. The Court addressed a question from the
                                    jury. Discussion had regarding evidence after the jury was dismissed for
                                    the day. The government will continue its case-in-chief the next day of
                                    trial. The following exhibits were admitted: 1, 13, 101 (under seal), 3, 4, 5,
                                    201 (under seal), 202 (under seal), 7 (under seal), 8 (under seal), 11 (under
                                    seal), 12 (under seal), 9 (under seal), and 10 (under seal).
         HEARING STATUS:            Hearing not concluded. Court adjourned and will reconvene at 8:30 a.m.
                                    on 7/23/2025. Jurors excused until the above time under the usual caution
                                    of the Court.
