ORDER FOLLOWING STATUS 
CONFERENCE 
 
The Court held a Zoom status hearing on March 28, 2025.  After discussing the 
status of the case and having reviewed the joint status conference statement filed on 
March 21, 2025, (Dkt. No. 441), the Court grants the parties’ request seeking to extend 
the deadline for expert rebuttal reports by one week to April 4, 2025, and to extend the 
deadline for expert discovery by three weeks to May 16, 2025.  The Court vacates the 
pretrial motions cutoff date until a ruling on the motion for class certification.   
 
The Court also confirmed the joint proposal on a briefing schedule on BANA’s 
motion for productive order.  Defendant shall file its motion on or before April 11, 2025.  
Plaintiff shall file an opposition on or before April 25, 2025, and Defendant shall file a
