ORDER 
Upon consideration of Defendant’s Unopposed Motion to Seal Portions of the 
Class Certification Hearing Transcript, the Court concludes that compelling reasons 
exist to seal portions of the transcript.  Accordingly, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s 
Unopposed Motion to Seal Portions of the Class Certification Hearing Transcript and 
ORDERS the Court Reporter to apply redactions to the Class Certification Hearing 
Transcript as set forth in the previously lodged Exhibit A to the Motion. 
IT IS SO ORDERED.
