Upon consideration of Plaintiffs’ Motion to File Documents Under Seal, it is 
hereby ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED. 
 
It is further ORDERED that Plaintiffs may file under seal portions of Plaintiffs’ 
Opposition to Motion to Stay Litigation that reference material designated by 
Defendant Bank of America as “Confidential” pursuant to the Protective Order and 
previously ordered sealed by the Court at ECF 421.
