EXTEND TIME RE: EXPERT DISCLOSURES 
AND PRETRIAL MOTIONS

Pending before the Court is the Parties’ “Joint Motion to Extend Time Re: Expert 
Disclosures and Pretrial Motions.”  (ECF No. 413 at 2.)  The parties explain that after 
exchanging summary expert designations on January 27, 2025, Plaintiffs subsequently 
learned of the availability of an additional expert “whom Plaintiffs would like to 
designate as an expert for their case-in-chief.”  (Id.)  After meeting and conferring, the 
Defendant agreed to allow Plaintiffs’ additional expert provided the Parties jointly 
request a fourteen-day extension “to allow sufficient time [for Defendant] to locate or 
identify additional experts and prepare reports.”  (Id.)  Finding good cause, the Court 
GRANTS the Joint Motion and CONTINUES the following dates, only:
