DECLARATION 
I, Margrita Brady, do hereby declare as follows: 
1. 
I am a Paralegal Specialist in the Financial Litigation Unit of the United 
States Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Georgia. In that capacity, I have access 
to the records maintained by the United States Attorney's Office related to the government's 
judgment and enforcement efforts against Defendant Bernard Okojie. 
2. 
On October 2, 2023, a judgment in a criminal case was entered against the 
Defendant in favor of the United States, wherein the Defendant was sentenced to pay a 
$1,946,283.50 restitution and $300.00 special assessment. See Doc. No. 123. 
3. 
As of March 6, 2025, the outstanding balance due on the restitution is 
$1,946,283.50 and $300.00 special assessment. Defendant Benard Okojie currently has 
$7,041.00 in his inmate trust account. 
Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 17 46 I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is 
true and correct.
