Upon the Government’s Motion for Continuance of the Sentencing Hearing,
filed on August 8, 2023, and finding just cause to support the same, the Court
hereby GRANTS said motion. The sentencing originally set for September 14, 2023
is hereby continued and will be scheduled at a later date.
