ORDER

Before the Court is U.S. Probation’s petition for action on
conditions of pretrial release. Dkt. No. 127. Therein, U.S.
Probation informed the Court that Defendant Bernard Okojie
failed to surrender to the Bureau of Prisons on November 1, 2023
as directed. Id. U.S. Probation therefore requested the Court
order Defendant to show cause why his pre-trial release should
not be revoked or why the conditions of his release should not
be modified. Id. at 2. After consideration of the petition,
the Court ordered the issuance of a warrant for Defendant’s
arrest. Id. Defendant has since been arrested and is in the
process of being transferred to Bureau of Prisons’ custody. See
Dkt. No. 130. Accordingly, U.S. Probation’s petition is DENIED

as moot.
