ORDER

Defendant Bernard Okojie appeared before the Court on March
30, 2023, and was found guilty by a jury for the offenses of
conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bank fraud, in violation of
18 U.S.C. § 1349: wire fraud; in violation. of 18 U.S.C. § 1343;
and money laundering conspiracy, in violation of 18 U.S.C.
§ 1956 (h) Defendant was allowed to remain on bond pending
sentencing under the terms and conditions previously set.

Additionally, the Court imposes a condition that Defendant
submit to home detention with location monitoring technology as
directed by the supervising United States Probation officer and
comply with the requirements of the program as directed.
