Aticha Jittaphol was charged by information filed September 13, 2021 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, No. 1:21-cr-10270, with making false statements under 18 U.S.C. § 1001. At a January 27, 2022 hearing the government described two counts relating to applications to the Small Business Administration for an Economic Injury Disaster Loan and a Paycheck Protection Program loan, on which she received $7,066.67. The court accepted her guilty plea on March 8, 2022 but deferred acceptance of the plea agreement; she withdrew that plea in May 2022, then signed a further Rule 11(c)(1)(C) agreement and moved to plead guilty to Counts One and Two of the information. Judgment was entered June 24, 2022. The United States acknowledged satisfaction of the judgment on February 22, 2024.
