With the assent of defendant Aticha Jittaphol, through counsel, the United States 
respectfully moves for a hearing under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11. The defendant 
has agreed to sign a plea agreement pursuant to Rule 1 l(c)(l)(C) indicating that she wishes to 
waive indictment and plead guilty to Counts One and Two of the Information filed in this 
case. The parties jointly request that the change-of-plea hearing be scheduled for the earliest 
practicable date.
