With the assent of defendant Aticha Jittaphol, through counsel, the United States 
respectfully moves for a hearing under Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 11. The defendant 
has agreed to sign a plea agreement pursuant to Rule 11(c)(1)(C) indicating that she wishes to 
waive indictment and plead guilty to Counts One and Two of the Information filed in this 
case. The parties jointly request that the change-of-plea hearing be scheduled for the earliest 
practicable date.
