FINAL STATUS REPORT

The following status of the above-entitled case is hereby reported to the district judge to

whom this case is assigned, to wit:

1. The Information in the above-entitled case, filed September 13, 2021,

charges the defendant with one count of false statements;

2. The defendant is in custody;

3. The defendant initially entered into a plea agreement, which the district judge later

rejected due to numerous violations of the defendant’s pretrial release conditions; with leave

from the district judge, the defendant subsequently withdrew her guilty plea on May 2, 2022;

4. As of May 25, 2022, the parties expected a trial lasting approximately one week;

5. Discovery is scheduled to be complete by May 27, 2022;

6. The parties are to confer, review the excludable time, and file a status report within

one week of the date of this final status report;

7. The parties requested a pretrial conference before the district judge; and

8. The time has been excluded through May 26, 2022, but counsel for the defendant did

not agree to further exclude the time through the next appearance before the district judge.
