ORDER  
 
This matter comes before the Court on Amanda Christian’s Unopposed 
Motion to Extend Time to Report to Designated Bureau of Prisons Facility Due to 
Her Sister’s Serious Medical Condition [Doc. 615].  On September 13, 2022, this 
Court sentenced Defendant to forty-one months’ custody and ordered her to report 
to the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons as notified by the United 
States Marshal within ninety days from the date of judgment.  [Doc. 569].  
Defendant has not yet been notified of a report date.   
In the instant Motion, Defendant explains that her sister was diagnosed with 
a serious medical condition in October 2022 and that she relies on Defendant for 
transportation to medical procedures.  [Doc. 615, p. 3].  Defendant is her sister’s 
only source of transportation until March 13, 2023, at which time Defendant’s 
nephews can fill that role.  Id.  Defendant thus requests that she be permitted to

self-surrender to the appropriate institution no earlier than March 13, 2023.  Id. at 
3–4.  The Government is not opposed to the Motion.   
For good cause shown, the Court therefore GRANTS the Unopposed 
Motion to Extend Time to Report to Designated Bureau of Prisons Facility [Doc. 
615].  Defendant’s report date is HEREBY CONTINUED to a date no earlier 
than March 13, 2023.
