MINUTE TEXT:       No objections to the PSR by the Government; Defendant withdraws their objections.
                   PSR adopted by the Court to which no objection had been raised. No objections to
                   the guideline calculations. The Court presented guideline calculations and sentencing
                   options and heard argument from counsel regarding a reasonable sentence. Defense
                   requests a three level downward variance. Defendant allocuted. Defendant's partner
                   testified as a character witness. 3553 factors given. The Court varies downward one
                   level and sentences Defendant to 41 MONTHS confinement and 3 YEARS of
                   Supervised Release as to Count 34s of the Second Superseding Indictment, $100
                   special assessment, fine waived, restitution in the amount of $835,542 to be paid
                   jointly and severally with co-defendants. Defendant requests the Court recommend
                   designation as close to South Carolina as possible with the option to participate in
                   programs under the First Step Act, and a report date 90 days from today. The Court
                   will include these recommendations in its Judgment. No objections to the sentence.
                   Defense additionally requests a recommendation to placement in RDAP. The Court
                   will recommend Defendant be evaluated for RDAP and enrolled if she is found to be
                   eligible. Appeal rights given. Defendant to remain on release until notified of her
                   surrender date by the BOP.
