COUNTY OF Form 5-438 STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA REVS/TO UNIFORM TRAFFIC TICKET NOTICE VERSUS THE PRIMARY AIM OF TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT IS TO REDUCE TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS. INJURIES AND DEATHS THROUGH FAIR.
