RE: Notice of Leave of Absence
NOTICE OF LEAVE OF ABSENCE
COMES NOW Gabe Banks, and respectfully notifies all Judges before whom he
has cases pending, all affected Clerks of Court, and all opposing counsel, that he will be
on leave pursuant to Georgia Uniform Court Rule 16.
The period of leave during which Applicant will be away from the practice of law is
as follows, to-wit:
From August 23, 2022 through and including August 30, 2022; from
September 2, 2022 through and including September 6, 2021; from October
12, 2021 through and including October 18, 2021; from November 22, 2022
through and including November 28, 2022; from December 21, 2022 through
and including January 4, 2022 for the purpose of seminars, vacation, or
attending to personal matters.
All judges and opposing counsel have ten (l0) days from the date of this Notice to
object to it. If no objections are filed, the leave shall be granted.
