L. Campbell, of the law firm of Aston, Mathis, Campbell, PLLC, pursuant to Northern District of Oklahoma Local Rules LGnR4-2(g) hereby moves this Court to admit Donte Omar Mills of the law firm of Mills & Edwards, LLP to practice Pro Hac Vice for the duration of this case. In support of this Motion, Defendant states: 1. John A.L. Campbell OBA #17590, of Aston, Mathis, Campbell, PLLC, 2642 E. 21st Street, Suite 250, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74114, is the local counsel for Adam Winston James in the above captioned matter. 2. John A.L. Campbell is a resident of the State of Oklahoma, is duly admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma and is a member in good standing of this bar. 3. That Donte Omar Mills is admitted to practice law in the following courts: U.S. Supreme Court, NY State Bar, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. and is a member “in good standing” to practice law in all of the courts listed on his Request for Admission Pro Hac Vice attached as Exhibit "A", to this Application. 5. That Donte Omar Mills is a member in good standing of the highest court of the state where he resides, or is licensed, and is a member of good standing of all bars of which he is a member; further, his/her license has never been suspended or revoked. That Donte Omar Mills agrees to submit himself to all disciplinary rules and procedures, and to all rules of professional conduct, applicable to a licensed member of the bar of the State of Oklahoma practicing before the courts of this State. WHEREFORE, premises considered, Defendant Adam Winston James requests that this Court allow Donte Omar Mills to appear Pro Hac Vice on behalf of Defendant throughout the duration of this case.
