FORFEITURE MONEY JUDGMENT 
 
Now before the Court is the Motion of the United States for a Forfeiture Money 
Judgment (Dkt. 41).  Based upon Defendant Adam Winston James’ guilty plea, Plea 
Agreement, and the record, and pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 982(a) and 1028(b)(5), and 
28 U.S.C. § 2461, a forfeiture money judgment shall be entered in the amount of $125,900, 
representing proceeds the defendant obtained, directly or indirectly, as a result of the 
aggravated identity theft offense.  The entry of the forfeiture money judgment shall be 
made part of the defendant’s sentence and included in the judgment. 
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 982(a) and 
1028(b)(5), and 28 U.S.C. § 2461, the Motion of the United States for a Forfeiture Money 
Judgment (Dkt. 41) is granted and a forfeiture money judgment in the amount of $125,900 
is hereby entered against Defendant Adam Winston James.
