COMES NOW Adam Winston James by undersigned counsel Donte Mills requesting the 
Court provide an adjournment of 10 days for the sentencing hearing currently scheduled for 
March 8, 2021 as discussed on February 17, 2021. The reason for this request is as follows: 
1- The undersigned, Donte Mills has an important medical matter that cannot be 
rescheduled WHEREFORE the defendant’s attorney respectfully request the Court 
allow additional time to have this sentencing hearing be adjourned to March 18, 2021.
