SYNOVUS BANK’S NOTICE REGARDING
THE JUDICIAL PANEL ON MULTIDISTRICT LITIGATION’S
ORDER DENYING CENTRALIZATION
Pursuant to Paragraph 4 of the Court’s June 30, 2020 Order, Synovus
Bank hereby notifies the Court that on August 5, 2020, the Judicial Panel on
Multidistrict Litigation (“JPML”) denied plaintiffs’ motion to centralize this case
and several other similar cases into a Multidistrict Litigation (“MDL”). As the JPML
held, “centralization will not serve the convenience of the parties and witnesses or
further the just and efficient conduct of the litigation.”
A copy of the JPML’s Order is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
