Economic Development Authority, came before the Court for consideration.
For reasons stated on the record and agreed to by the parties, the Court has determined
the final hearing on the Motion should be carried over to July 22, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. The
automatic stay imposed by 11 U.S.C. § 362 remains in effect through and including completion
of the final hearing on July 22, 2021.
The Clerk is directed to send copies of this Order to Counsel for the West Virginia
Economic Development Authority, West Virginia Paving, Inc., TR&L, LLC and SMI, LLC, the
