COME NOW TR&L, LLC and SMI, LLC, by and through counsel, Kathy M. Santa

of their WITHDRAWAL of their Objection [Doc. 325] to the Chapter 7 Trustee's Motion for an
Order Approving the Sale of the Debtor's Real Property and Novating Certain Government
Contracts Free and Clear of Liens, Claims, Interests, and Encumbrances Pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §
363 [Doc. 302] inasmuch as all issues raised in said Objection have been resolved.
