TR&L, LLC AND SMI, LLC, AND AZADIAN GROUP, LLC TO TRUSTEE’S
MOTION FOR AN ORDER APPROVING THE SALE OF ASSETS OF THE
DEBTOR'S ESTATE FREE AND CLEAR OF LIENS, CLAIMS, INTERESTS,
AND ENCUMBRANCES PURSUANT TO 11 U.S.C. § 363
Notice is hereby given by Aaron C. Amore Trustee in the above styled matter
who has applied to the Court for authority to Settle/Compromise Claims related to 21-
ap-2 and to resolve pending objections to the Sale of Real Property and Assets of the
Debtor’s Estate Free and Clear of Liens, Claims, Interests and Encumbrances pursuant
to 11 U.S.C. § 363.
Please take Notice that this motion intends to Compromise claims and
resolve certain objections to the sale of real property, fixtures and
improvements of the Debtor, including the novation of certain government
contracts free and clear of liens, claims, interests and encumbrances.
It is the responsibility of the moving party to ensure adequate service of the
DERYHïPHQWLRQHGGRFXPHQW,I\RXKDYHQRWUHFHLYHGVHUYLFHRIWKHGRFXPHQWDQG
believe that you are entitled to such service, you may contact the moving party. The
aforementioned pleading is also on file in the office of the undersigned Clerk, and you
may review same during regular business hours of the Court. You may also view the

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that if you object to the
Motion/Application, you must file your written objection with the Clerk of
this Court on or before Sixteen (16) days from the date of this Notice.
If you object, you should provide an explanation for the basis of your objection. If
you are a business entity, any objection must be filed by an attorney. The Court, in its
discretion, may grant or deny the relief sought based on the written contents of the
DERYHïPHQWLRQHGGRFXPHQWDQGDQ\ILOHGREMHFWLRQRU if an objection is filed, may set
the matter for hearing upon further notice by the Clerk to affected parties. A failure to
timely file a written objection may result in the entry of an order that grants the relief
