A final hearing on West Virginia Economic Development Authority’s Motion for Relief
from the Automatic Stay and any objections thereto is currently scheduled for June 1, 2021 at
9:30 a.m. A hearing is also scheduled for that date and time on the Chapter 7 Trustee’s Motion
for an Order Approving the Sale of the Debtor’s Real Property and Novating Certain
Government Contracts and any objections thereto. Due to the pending mediation, and for good
cause, it is ORDERED that the hearing on these matters is re-scheduled for June 22, 2021 at 9:30
