So that puts it al the old cost per mask of $4.76 plus tax and shipping.
• Terms: 75% of order up front.
• I've attached a letter showing Blue Flame Medical's strategic partnership from our main
manufacturer in. Chin.a.
• Here is documentation of all of our product offerings from this gold standard
manufacturer. You'll be able to click the masks for pies and specs. We will only deliver
the above models as per California's request.

Although Blue Flame Medical llas a large global supply chain to fulfil orders I would suggest that
we supply this first order directly through Great Health Companion, Henry Hau.ng's facility that
ships out of Shanghai. The manufacturer for this order will handle shipping, customs, etc. Blue
Flame Medical wiU work with them at every step of the process as well as have Live tracking
updates.
I would suggest we place an initial order of 5 million masks. We can usually do 10 million per
week out of this manufacturer but since they are currently asleep and we don't want to
overpromise given the fact that we've placed other orders with them this week. We know for a
fact we can deliver 5 million o9S masks for an immediate order from our main manufacturer.
Once California is :happy with the product we can discuss ramping up to provide for their ongoing
needs. This is easily doable for us.
Here's bow this order will work:
• State of Califomia sends deposit to Blue Flame Medjcal at Dank of America. (l've
attached ourBofA) wire sheet. BofA is capable of handling any wire amount.
• BFM places order directly with the manufacturer,

Product will be air shipped 10-14 days delivery. I might be able to speed this up but
China is currently asleep so 1 need to speak with them on the phone.
• Product will be shipped directly from manufacturer to California.
• California receives order and bas 48 hours to inspect and approve tbe product. If
something is wrong they will receive a full refund from Blue Flame Medical. Once they
accept the product the balance of the invoice will be payable and due in full.
We had our manufacturer walk to the floor last night and take a few pictures of some product and
raw materials including our company name on top. I've included __ those pictures.
Blue Flame can likely fulfill all of their needs but I suggest we start with thiā first order and then
move from there.
We can also arrange a call with the CFO of Blue Flame.
