around hlm. For over thidy-one years, he has worked as a Iaw énforcement officer, known throughout

funeral home director for the Iast thldeen years, offering com fod and suppod to grieving fam ilies. His
impact on others goej beyond his job titles-he has always found ways to make a diWerence ih the
Iives of everyone he meets.
My father's influence extends far beyond our immediate family. Over the years, he has provided
countless job opportunities to indivlduals.who had Iost hope.or felt left behind by society. He offered
em ploym ent and guidante to those struggling with addiction or dipicult circum stances, helping them
regain self-wo/h, stability, and a renewed sense of jurpose. Through his mentorship, he has' hpljed
mapy in#ividupls rediscover their potential and rpallze that they still have a chance to build meanlngful,
' fulfilllng Iives. For those who felt Iost, my father was a Iifeline, a sym bol of hope, and a steady presence
willing to Iift them when they had nowhere else lo turn. His actions have transformed lives and brought
a sense of hope to many whQ thought they were beyond saving.
Beyond his role as a commqnity servant, my dad is the heart of our family. As a father of four and a
grandfather to five, he haé instillqd values of honesty, kindness, and resinllence in each of us. His
dedication to fam ily is profound, and his wisdom , guldance, and Iove are what we depend on to stay
strong. His grandchildren, in particular, look up to him as a source of suppoft and stabiliW, and his
absence would create a painful void that no one else could fill. Any time spent away from his family
would mean missed birthdayss graduations, milestones, and countless irfeplaceable moments that
bind us together. His absence would have a significant em otional im pact on 'all of us, especially the
youngest members of our family, who rely on his presence dùring lheir form alive years.
In addition to his role as a father, my dad is also a beloved presence in the life of his eleven-year-old
daughter. At such a tender age, she Iooks to him not only as a father but as a constant source of
guidance, Iove, and security. She relies on his wisdom and gentle encoùragement as she navigates the
challenges and m ilestones of growing up. His absence would create a profound void in her Iife,
depriving h#17 9f the stability, emotional support, and posilive example he has always provided.

Tracy D . W ade Sr. l've been grow ing up w ith m y dad for 26
years. For those 26 years, I've w itnessed m y father being there
for not only m e and his im m ediate fam ily but also for anyone
who needed help, mentally, physically, emotionally, and
financially. M y father is one of m any w ho is known for being
som eone who gives som eone the shirt ofrhis back if he had to.
M y father has been a big influence in m y life. He guided m e
through anything l ever lacked or struggled w ith. H e
encouraged me to always do good and to be the best person 1
could be aj a wom an and as a m other to his threeiyear-old and
six-year-old grandson.
M y father has been comm itted, dedicated, and loyal for 31 years
while working for 1aw enforcem ent. Growing up seeing him go
to work a1l of the tim e showed m e his compassion and
dedication to thatjob. He never missed a day which showed me
how  loyal and com m itted he w as.
For thirteen years m y dad served plenty of fam ilies throughout
Dadç, Broward, and Palm Beach counties as a funeral director.
One thing about my father he has shown every family he has
serviced nothing but love, com forq and m ost of a11 support. He
would always go over and beyond foy every service he didjust
to m ake stlre every fam ily was satisfied.
l know  1 cannot debate w ith you the legitim acy of the
allegations that he is being charged with, l càn only tell ypu thàt
