MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL FOR SENTENCING PURPOSES ONLY
COMES NOW the undersigned attorney, Larry R. Handfield, Esq., and hereby files this
Motion for Substitution of Counsel in the above-styled case and requests that he be substituted
as the attorney of record for the Defendant. Counsel moves this Court for an Order authorizing
the undersigned to become attorney for the Defendant, and states the following grounds in
support thereof:
That Defendant has retained the undersigned attorney to represent him and her for purposes
of sentencing.
WHEREFORE, the Defendant, Tracy and Carolyn Wade, requests that this Court will
substitute the current counsel of record Johnny L. McCray, Esq. Daryl E. Wilcox with Larry R.
Handfield, Esq. as the counsel of record and to release the current counsel from any further
representation in the above-styled case.
