MOTION TO ADMIT DIANE C. BASS, ESQ.
PRO HAC VICE
NOW COMES David E. Buckley, Esq., pursuant to LR 7.1, and states as follows:
1. Concurrence from all interested parties has been sought in furtherance of permitting Diane C.
Bass to be admitted pro has vice in the above captioned matter.
2. Stating further, all interested parties concur and assent to allow petitioner’s pleading.
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that this Honorable Court:
A. Grant this Motion and permit Diane C. Bass, Esq., to practice before this Court for the purposes
of this action on behalf of Defendant, Pierre Rogers; and
B. Grant such other relief as may be just and proper.
