On the morning of June 30, 2022, defendant Joshua Leavitt was taken into custody in 
connection with the above-captioned case.  Defendant Pierre Rogers was also apprised of the 
charges pending against him.  Accordingly, there is no reason to keep this matter under seal any 
longer and the United States moves to unseal this case.
