Before the Court Plaintiffs’ Motion for Class Certification. Having considered the Motion 
and accompanying filings, Defendant’s opposition to the Motion and accompanying filings, and 
based on all other proceedings in this litigation, the court hereby ORDERS as follows: 
1. The Court finds that Plaintiffs’ proposed Damages Class and Declaratory Judgment 
Class meet all applicable requirements of Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(a) and (b)(2) and (3). 
2. The Motion for Class Certification is therefore GRANTED.
