ORDER 
 
 
The Court has reviewed the Government’s Motion to Continue All Sentencing-Related 
Deadlines by Approximately Thirty Days (Document 391) filed in this matter.  Therein, the United 
States moves for a continuance of the sentencing hearing and related deadlines on the grounds that 
additional time is needed to retrieve relevant loan records necessary for the Probation Office to 
complete an accurate presentence investigation report. 
For good cause shown, the Court ORDERS that the Government’s Motion to Continue All 
Sentencing-Related Deadlines by Approximately Thirty Days (Document 391) be GRANTED and 
that the sentencing hearing, previously scheduled for November 13, 2025, be CONTINUED to 
December 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.  The Defendant shall appear at this hearing as a condition of her 
bond. 
The Court further ORDERS that the deadlines regarding the presentence report and 
sentencing memorandum are EXTENDED as follows:

1) 
The Probation Office shall prepare and forward a draft presentence report to the United 
States and counsel for the Defendant no later than October 20, 2025; 
 
2) 
The United States Attorney and counsel for the Defendant shall file objections to the 
draft presentence report no later than November 3, 2025; 
 
3) 
The Probation Office shall submit a final presentence report to the Court no later than 
November 17, 2025; and 
 
4) 
The United States Attorney and counsel for the Defendant shall file their respective 
sentencing memorandum no later than November 24, 2025. 
 
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to the Defendant and counsel, to 
the United States Attorney, to the United States Probation Office, and to the Office of the United 
States Marshal.
