ORDER 
 
 
Pending before the Court is Defendant’s Motion to Obtain Permission to Travel Out of 
Her Supervision District Prior to Sentencing (ECF No. 367), filed on August 25, 2025. In his 
motion, the Defendant requests a modification of her release conditions to allow her “to visit family 
… prior to her sentencing date” by traveling to the Chesapeake, Virginia from September 25, 2025 
to September 28, 2025 and to Decatur, Georgia from October 24, 2025 to October 27, 2025. 
The Defendant’s Motion unopposed and is therefore GRANTED1. The Defendant is 
directed to coordinate all visits outside her supervision district with her supervision officer in the 
United States Probation Office, follow all directives of her supervision office, and maintain 
communication with her supervising officer.  
The Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this Order to the Defendant, all counsel of 
record, the United States Probation Office, and the United States Marshals Service.
