ORDER 
 
 
On December 11, 2025, came the Defendant, Kisha Sutton, in person and by counsel, Connor D. 
Robertson, and also came the United States by Jonathan T. Storage, AUSA, and Jennifer D. Gordon, AUSA, 
for a sentencing hearing in this matter. 
Thereupon, the United States moved for a continuance of the hearing and, for the reasons more fully 
stated on the record, the Court GRANTED a continuance.   
The Court now ORDERS that the sentencing hearing be RESCHEDULED for Thursday, January 
15, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.  The Defendant shall appear at this hearing as a condition of her bond. 
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to the Defendant and counsel, to the 
United States Attorney, to the United States Probation Office, and to the Office of the United States Marshal.
