ORDER 
 
 
At Charleston, on June 12, 2025, came the United States by Jonathan T. Storage, Assistant 
United States Attorney, and Jennifer Dowdy Gordon, Assistant United States Attorney, and came 
court-appointed counsel, Conner Robertson, CJA Panel Attorney, for the purpose of an 
Arraignment Hearing on a Second Superseding Indictment filed in this matter. Also present was 
Shamika Wade, United States Probation Officer. 
 
The Court previously ACCEPTED a Waiver of Right to Be Present At Arraignment 
on Second Superseding Indictment wherein the Defendant pleaded Not Guilty to each count of 
the Second Superseding Indictment. The Defendant will remain free on the same Appearance 
Bond and Order Setting Conditions of Release entered by the Court on February 20, 2025. 
 
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to provide a copy of this Order to the Assistant United 
States Attorney; to the Defendant and her counsel; to the United States Probation Office; and to 
the Office of the United States Marshal.
