ORDER
On this day, Defendant Kisha Sutton, by counsel, Conner Robertson, CJA Panel Attorney,
pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure, Rule 10(b)(2), submits her Waiver of Personal
Appearance at Arraignment, scheduled for June 12, 2025. (ECF No. 247) After review of the
Waiver, the Court FINDS that Defendant has properly affirmed that she has received a copy of
the Second Superseding Indictment filed herein, has asserted that her plea is not guilty to the
charges contained therein, and that Defendant has signed the Waiver in accordance with the
aforementioned Rule. Accordingly, the Court hereby ACCEPTS Defendant’s Waiver of
Appearance at Arraignment. (ECF No. 247). While the Defendant is not required to appear,
counsel must still appear at the arraignment on behalf of the Defendant.
The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this Order to counsel of record.
