By Order (Document 225) entered on June 2, 2025, the Court granted the motion of 
Defendant Wright for a trial continuance and scheduled the trial of this matter on July 14, 2025, 
advising therein that counsel should be prepared to select a jury on the preceding Friday if so 
ordered by the Court. 
Now pending is Defendant Kisha Sutton’s Motion to Reconsider Order (225) Regarding 
New Trial Date and Jury Selection Date (Document 237).  Therein, Defendant Sutton moves the 
Court to reconsider the newly selected trial date of July 14, 2025, on the grounds that defense 
counsel will be out of the state from June 27, 2025, through July 13, 2025, and, therefore, 
unavailable for jury selection the Friday before trial (July 11, 2025). 
After careful consideration and for reasons appearing to the Court, the Court ORDERS 
that jury selection will be held the morning of trial, at 9:00 a.m. on July 14, 2025, rather than on

Friday, July 11, 2025.  Accordingly, the Court ORDERS that Defendant Kisha Sutton’s Motion 
to Reconsider Order (225) Regarding New Trial Date and Jury Selection Date (Document 237) is 
GRANTED as it relates to jury selection but DENIED to the extent that a trial continuance is 
requested. 
The Court DIRECTS the Clerk to send a copy of this Order to the Defendants and their 
respective counsel, to the United States Attorney, to the United States Probation Office, and to the 
Office of the United States Marshal.
