ORDER MODIFYING CONDITIONS OF RELEASE 
 
This matter having come before the Court by way of application by defendant to 
modify conditions of release during a hearing held on May 29, 2025 to address a Motion to 
Withdraw as Counsel for Defendant; and for the reasons set forth on the record and for good 
cause shown;  
IT IS on this 4th day of June, 2025, ORDERED that the Amended Order Modifying 
Conditions of Release dated April 4, 2025 (ECF No 66), is hereby amended as follows:   
Travel is restricted to the Northern District of Georgia, and to the District 
of New Jersey for court appearances only and to the Southern District of  
Florida, for employment purposes only, unless otherwise approved in advance  
by U.S. Pretrial Services. 
 
All other conditions as previously ordered shall remain in effect.
