Dear Judge Williams:
On behalf of Eric Rivera, I am requesting that the Status Hearing scheduled for
11:30 on October 22, 2025 be reset for a time later that day.  The reason for the
request is that the earliest flight from Atlanta to Philadelphia will not leave sufficient
time to get to the Courthouse in time for the hearing.  
In an email exchange, Daniel Friedman stated that he had no objection to
starting the hearing in the afternoon.
